Christophe Pietz is the founder of Luxat company. He is an experienced IT consulting professional with more than 15 years of expertise and has been working with an international suite of clients in Luxembourg, Geneva, Paris and Toronto.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in implementing major IT projects and improving numerous financial and banking processes. One of his main accomplishments was to be the service delivery manager for SaaS clients, overcoming significant challenges from infrastructures to accounting areas.

Today, Christophe takes on a more strategic role at Luxat, focusing on advisory and long-term vision for clients. However, he still contributes to complex projects and helps teams tackle operational challenges firsthand.

Annick brings over 25 years of international experience in the implementation of Temenos core banking systems, with a strong background in operational leadership, program delivery, and customer management across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.

Most recently, Annick served for four years as Chief Operating Officer of Syncordis, based in Luxembourg, where she played a key role in streamlining the international organisation and setting it up for growth.
‍
Throughout her career, Annick has been responsible for leading complex transformation initiatives while  acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in banks, providing guidance on how to set up and launch core banking transformation programs in the most effective way.
‍
Her expertise includes defining the right organisational structures, processes, decision-making frameworks, and change management approaches, as well as supporting institutions throughout the execution phase to ensure successful delivery.
In early 2025, she joined Luxat as Managing Director.
